Our Profile

MOBB Initiative for Sustainable Development is a community-based organization registered and operating in Kasese District. Founded in March 2008 to address issues pertaining fish farming following the decline in fish catches in the natural water bodies and it has since been supporting a number of subsistence out grower fish farmers that grow catfish, tilapia and mirror carp among others. Our major thematic areas are sustainable Aquaculture and Agriculture, Environmental Conservation, health and youth green skilling and empowerment. MOBB Initiative is registered and accredited by the Directorate of Industrial Training (DIT), Ministry of Education under Center Number UVQF/2895 under Agriculture to carry out skilling especially fish farming.
